We played a significant role in global expansion, by implementing a talent acquisition strategy that focused on attracting and retaining top talent from diverse backgrounds. This not only enhanced the company's cultural inclusivity but also broadened its talent pool, and gave a competitive advantage. We also collaborated with cross-functional teams to streamline HR processes, ensuring efficiency across borders.  fostering a positive work environment and promoting global collaboration.

VISION
DEVELOPMENT

By identifying talent, we  recruited highly skilled individuals who aligned with the company's goals and values. These employees brought fresh perspectives, innovative ideas, and a strong work ethic. We actively collaborated with other departments, fostering a culture of teamwork and synergy. Overall, our contributions  played a pivotal role in shaping the company's vision, paving the way for its success.

NEW HR
FUNCTION

We contributed to the success of the new HR function by conducting a comprehensive gap analysis. We identified areas for improvement and implemented best practices to bridge those gaps. For example, we designed and implemented a new recruitment process that streamlined the candidate selection process, and increased  the quality of hires. 

GLOBAL
TRAINING

We provided resources and support for training programs worldwide. We created training manual which covered a wide range of topics, including cross-cultural communication, team-building, and leadership principles. It  was translated into multiple languages, making it accessible to a global audience. This allowed individuals and organisations to thrive in a diverse and interconnected world.

TURNOVER
BREAKER

We played a crucial role in reducing the turnover. From January 2022 to August 2022, we successfully reduced the rate from 38.5% to 15%. By the end of that year, our efforts had paid off even further, bringing it down to an impressive 8%. This can be attributed to our effective strategies, including improved onboarding processes, enhanced employee engagement activities, and the implementation of appraisal systems. 

ATTITUDE VERSUS
SKILLS

We used approach emphasising attitude over skills. This shift was fuelled by the example of Clifton Strengths, a talent assessment tool developed by Gallup. Clifton Strengths highlighted the importance of focusing on an individual's strengths rather than their weaknesses, highlighting the impact of a positive mindset on performance and success. This demonstrated the value of attitude and its impact on professional growth. This approach  proactive and resilient mindset that empowered individuals to reach their full potential.

LEADERSHIP
TRAINING

We started by addressing accidental managers within and resolving conflicts among family members. By providing training and resources on how to effectively lead and manage teams, we helped individuals transition from accidental managers to capable leaders. Our conflict resolution programs have offered guidance on how to navigate complex family dynamics, promoting harmony and fostering positive relationships.

IN HOUSE
ATS

We helped in creation and implementation of the in-house ATS software. We collaborated with stakeholders to gather requirements and design. Throughout the development process, we provided technical expertise and recommendations to ensure the software met the necessary standards and functionality. Once the software was completed, we transitioned to a training and support role, providing assistance to employees on how to use it effectively.
